2. ⏰ Time Blocking & Calendaring

Control the chaos with structure.
Set aside blocks of time for high-value activities—like margin reviews, sales team coaching, or strategic planning.
Put them on your calendar like a meeting and protect that time.

3. 🧠 Eisenhower Matrix

Prioritize like a pro.
Sort your tasks into:

  • Urgent & Important – Do now (e.g., pricing errors)

  • Important but Not Urgent – Schedule it (e.g., account profitability review)

  • Urgent but Not Important – Delegate it (e.g., routine reports)

  • Neither – Eliminate it

🧭 Example: You’re spending 2 hours a week on a report no one uses? Eliminate it.

Pick one 30-minute block this week to do a quick audit:
Write down what you did yesterday, and categorize it as Eliminate, Automate, Delegate, or Keep.
