OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are a simple goal-setting framework that help clarify what you want to achieve (the Objective) and how you will measure success (the Key Results).
OKRs create focus, alignment, and accountability by making goals specific, measurable, and visible to everyone. These are all good things.
