What is your budget obstacle?
For some, it’s a mindset issue. They think the budget takes too long, or won’t be accurate, or won’t get used.
For others, it’s a cultural issue, or a “tone from the top” problem. Ownership or leadership doesn’t believe in the budgeting process, therefore, it doesn’t get done.
There are any number of reasons why the budget doesn’t get done, your job is to identify the obstacle and remove it. Your income statement depends on it.
