When building your financial game plan, don’t forget about the capital budget.

This is the plan for purchasing those expensive items – new trucks, equipment, and improvements to the warehouse.

The key questions to ask: 

• What do we need to buy?
• Why do we need it? (And is there a return on investment?)
• Who is responsible to research the vendors and terms of purchase?
• How much will it cost?
• When will be buy it?
• Where will it be used? (Which department needs this?)
