Here’s an idea you can try in your wholesaler business to break the cycle of bad meetings and indecision.  It’s called the 4 C’s.

The 4 C’s are: Collect, Choose, Create and Commit. This is a model that engages your team in the process of identifying issues, brainstorming solutions, and implementing action items to make real change.
