Use this Incentive Program to Reduce Out of Code Beer

The sales team is paid to sell beer. The more they sell the more they make in sales commissions. However, there’s no incentive to reduce out of code beer.

To reduce out of code beer expense, it is useful to have an incentive program for your sales team.

Under this program, each sales person is assigned an ‘allowable’ amount of old beer expense in their market (a budget). If they exceed the budget, they get charged a portion of the cost of the old beer. If they are under budget, they get paid a portion of the savings.

The out of code budget for each sales person is determined by analyzing their market, and understanding old beer trends.

How much out of code beer did they have in the past? Was there more out of code in certain stores than others? Was there more out of code on certain packages than others?

The information is shared with the sales team so they see what is happening in their accounts, and help develop a plan to reduce the out of code beer expense.

Use This Incentive Program to Reduce Out of Code Beer

With the out of code program in place the sales team is financially invested in the process.

Now, there is an incentive to reduce out of code beer expense.

Yours In Reducing Expenses,
